BCBS Gateway building is a 190,000 square foot office building that was renovated under the LEED program.  Existing HVAC was replaced with high efficiency rooftop and split system DX systems.  All plumbing fixtures were replaced with low flow fixtures.  In addition, a photovoltaic array and lighting controls were added.  Total projected building energy savings are 25% over the previous system with the photovoltaic array in use. The building achieved LEED Gold.
