Project consisted of a gymnasium addition along with new locker room facilities, weight room and practice rooms for wrestling and cheerleading. 

A new lobby area was also included in the project.  

HVAC for the project is geothermal heat pumps consisting of a new geothermal field and loop pumps.  Rooftop units as well as split system water source heat pumps (WSHP) were used. 

Roof mounted energy recovery ventilators (ERV) were used for fresh air ventilation for the gym. These units operate from CO2 sensors mounted in the gymnasium.
