Liberty Tower is a 17-story office building downtown Chattanooga.  The building was completely renovated inside and out. 

The exterior façade was updated with new glazing, steel building cap, and accent lighting.  The interior floors were gutted and to the concrete structure.  

The core building upgrades included all the mechanical systems; chillers, pumps, cooling towers, air handling units, fresh air ventilation and exhaust.

The electrical service is unique in that each floor is individually metered so each tenant is responsible for its own energy usage and not based on a square footage or pro-rated amount. 

The building is seeking LEED certification.
