The Gaylord 5 Star Hotels and Resorts, headquartered in Nashville, built a new resort in Washington DC.  CACG worked on this project between 2007 – 2009.  On-going commissioning of the building still continues today.  

Commissioned systems included:

• Chiller plant - 4-2000 ton chillers
• Hot water boiler plant - 4-750 hp boilers
• Steam boiler plant -2-750 high pressure steam boilers
• Radiant floor heating
